God Said Try Me

I saw an image of Jesus sitting in a card like image and above it I saw the words…, Try, Try Me!! -When God said this, I instantly thought he means try him and see if he is good, but since I already know he is good through his works in my life…this is for those who have not “Tasted and seen that the lord is good…Psalm 34:8” He say’s, Try Me, Test my word to see it is true. Psalm 33:4  For the word of the LORD is right; and all his works are done in truth.
For those who have seen his workings and believe…The spirit led me to what jesus said, Matthew 4:7 Jesus said unto him, It is written again, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God. God hates it when we test him and loves it when we trust (Proverbs 3:5-6) him. However, you can test God to see that he is good and faithful to his word. Wait for God to give signs and miracles if he chooses, but we should never say I will believe you if you do this supernatural thing God. Believe him first (Malachi 3:10), then you get the blessings. Jump first, then he see’s your faith in him and will reward you. However, do not jump without word from him, because he also calls us to be prudent (Proverbs 27:12). God will show his work to people, but then you must not go back to disbelief. We know in our spirit he showed us, but it’s our choice to ignore it. The Isrealites did not trust God and wanted food and drinks to fall in their laps even though God already proved to them he was with them. This was displeasing to God. However, If God tells you to test him personally, then it would be a sin not to obey.
